Anmol's interest in healthcare began during her school years after a significant misdiagnosis at one of India's largest private hospitals. The experience exposed her to the challenges of navigating the healthcare system and instilled a lasting belief that quality care should be more accessible. With a degree in biotechnology, she explored the different facets of healthcare in India through the lens of consulting, early-stage VC, PE and impact investing.

Before joining HealthQuad, Anmol worked at Cactus Partners, TPG NewQuest, and Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where she executed transactions at the intersection of impact and innovation and advised companies and investors on strategy and growth. These experiences shaped her investment approach and reinforced her conviction that lasting impact comes from businesses with strong fundamentals and a deep understanding of patient and provider needs.
At HealthQuad, she partners with founders building the next generation of healthcare, medical technology, digital health, and AI-enabled healthcare businesses. She works alongside entrepreneurs throughout the investment journey, helping them navigate strategic decisions and build companies that improve access, quality, and affordability of care.
