With over six years of experience in Impact, ESG, and sustainable investing, Bhumika has worked across the investment lifecycle, helping businesses and investors create long-term value alongside positive social outcomes. She began her career with the Material Recycling Association of India, where she collaborated with government agencies, industry bodies, and recyclers to promote responsible business practices and advance sustainable waste management initiatives. She later joined PwC's ESG Deals & Strategy team, advising private equity and venture capital funds on integrating ESG considerations into investment decisions, conducting ESG due diligence, and supporting portfolio companies in embedding sustainability into their operations.
