Growing up in Gwalior, a small town in Madhya Pradesh, Bhumika often saw her family and friends rushing to big cities whenever they fell sick because of the lack of local healthcare facilities. Those experiences left a lasting impression and sparked a desire in her to make healthcare more accessible and equitable for communities in small towns. She chose this path over the traditional compliance route as a Company Secretary because she wanted her work to mean something more, to be part of a movement that not only drives financial success but also makes the world a better place.
