Gargi’s interest in healthcare was shaped by her early experiences in rural Uttar Pradesh, where she witnessed firsthand the gap in access between urban and rural communities. Those experiences sparked a lasting interest in building systems that make quality healthcare independent of geography. Before joining HealthQuad, Gargi worked with Bain & Company in the Corporate Finance & Strategy Practice, advising Fortune 500 companies on value creation, capital allocation, and long-term growth strategy. Working closely with CXO teams strengthened her understanding of how businesses create enduring value and reinforced her desire to apply those principles to healthcare.
