Ian McLeod has over 20 years of CEO experience leading multi-billion dollar publicly traded or private equity-owned companies. With 40 years in leadership positions across various retail sectors and markets, including the United Kingdom, Europe, Middle East, North Asia, Southeast Asia, Australia, and the United States, he has specialist expertise in leading business transformation programs and change management globally. Ian has board experience in multiple markets internationally in both retail sectors and professional sports, including roles at Walmart, IKEA, and Fulham FC (English Premier League).

He holds a BA (Honours) in Business and Economics from Glasgow Caledonian University, an Honorary Doctorate from Glasgow Caledonian University, and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
