Manali's journey in fund operations and compliance began after she qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2018. She started her career at Deloitte, working in the Statutory Audit function, before moving to Goldman Sachs as a Fund Controller for their Private Equity Division, gaining deep exposure to global fund structures and financial operations. She then joined Citi as a Manager in the Fund Accounting division, overseeing accounting and reporting for one of India's leading mutual funds. In 2023, she joined HealthQuad as Finance Manager, where she leads the fund's complete backend operations, ensuring seamless execution across fund administration, compliance, and investor servicing.

Outside of work, Manali enjoys exploring new places through travel and staying active through sports.
