Neeraj began his career with Hindustan Unilever, where he shaped category growth strategies and managed cross-border marketing programs that translated global brand thinking into impactful local execution. He then moved to Britannia Industries, where he strengthened distribution networks, built innovation pipelines, and drove consumer engagement strategies that consolidated the company’s position as a market leader in FMCG. Neeraj went on to serve as Chief Executive Officer of Consumer Care Division, Emami, where he led portfolio expansion, sharpened go-to-market strategies, and accelerated category growth in personal care.
