Working closely on live transactions, from financial modelling to due diligence, he built a deep understanding of how businesses are financed and scaled — with a sharp focus on healthcare delivery and pharmaceuticals. This exposure shaped his conviction that healthcare innovation in India must work within the constraints of the "3As" — Accessibility, Availability, and Affordability — to be both commercially viable and fundamentally transformative.

As part of the investments team, he is closely involved in deal sourcing, evaluation, and value creation for portfolio companies, alongside end-to-end execution support across exits and fundraising initiatives, including HealthQuad Fund III. He draws on his transaction experience to help portfolio companies maximise value creation, build resilient operating structures, and forge the right connections with partners and markets.
