Thomas C. Franco joined Clayton, Dubilier & Rice in 2006 after advising the firm for 15 years. He manages relationships with critical external stakeholders, including limited partners, and leads fundraising and related capital access activities. He is also involved in guiding the firm’s ESG initiatives. Previously, Mr. Franco served as Chairman and CEO of Broadgate Consultants, an advisor to private equity managers that he founded in 1987. He successfully launched a global alternative asset publishing business, PEI Media, and earlier practiced corporate law. He helped establish and serves on the board of the Private Capital Research Institute.

He holds a J.D. from Fordham University and a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.
