Raised in a second-generation armed forces family and a third-generation family of doctors, Tushar spent his formative years living across India, witnessing the uneven realities of healthcare delivery. These experiences shaped his conviction that healthcare innovation must improve not only what care is available, but also who can access it.

Before joining HealthQuad, Tushar worked at Praxis Global Alliance, where he advised private equity and venture capital investors on transactions worth over US$1 billion across healthcare, consumer, fintech, and agritech. His work focused on commercial due diligence and investment strategy, combining market analysis with extensive primary research to identify unmet needs and growth opportunities.
