Wilder Fulford is an accomplished international M&A banker with over 20 years of experience at leading investment banks in the United States and Europe, specializing in healthcare and life sciences. He has advised on a wide range of strategic transactions, including buy-side and sell-side M&A, joint ventures, licensing agreements, co-development partnerships, acquisition financing, equity private placements, and public company deals, as well as managing hostile transactions in both defensive and offensive capacities. Since 2015, he has been the Founder and Managing Director of The Fulford Group, an independent M&A advisory and corporate finance firm providing strategic guidance to boards, executives, and entrepreneurs in the global healthcare and life sciences industries. He also serves as an Operating Partner at Quadria Capital, a $1.5 billion healthcare focused private equity firm, where he helps drive investments across the Asia Pacific region, and sits on the board of Straits Orthopaedics. Previously, he held senior roles at Deutsche Bank, Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, Torreya Partners, and Salomon Brothers, and holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from The Rockefeller University and a B.Sc. in Biochemistry and English from the University of Toronto.
